His Texas roots and background in sports laid a strong foundation for his career. As a Division 1 athlete at Mercer University, Dylan honed his skills on the field as a defensive back. It wasn't until his final semester that he discovered his love for filmmaking through an internship with ESPN 3, where he gained invaluable experience broadcasting NCAA sports.
Dylan's ascent in the industry is a testament to his dedication and work ethic. Starting from the ground up, he has embraced the philosophy that understanding every role in production enhances one's value. This journey has seen him transition from a production assistant to utility, audio technician, camera operator, cinematographer and ultimately to Director of Photography.
